We performed a transurethral resection of bladder tumor. The pathologic diagnosis was alveolar soft part sarcoma (ASPS). CT, bone scintigraphy, positron emission tomography, and pelvic magnetic resonance imaging revealed no other lesions; thus, she was diagnosed as having a primary bladder ASPS.
