First, the mothers had positive experiences with health care providers. Secondly, the mothers expressed expectations to enhance future experiences with health care providers.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>Mothers had positive experiences and various expectations to enhance future experiences with health care providers that related to their postnatal needs.
