目的:探讨护生职业态度与关怀行为的关系。设计与方法:本研究为横断面、描述性、相关性研究。研究对象为202名护理专业学生。参与率为95%。结果:护生专业态度总分平均得分为106.708±20.24分,关怀行为量表-24分平均得分为5.23±0.88分。护生专业态度总分与护理行为量表-24项总分呈显著的正弱相关(p)。实践启示:本研究表明,护生专业态度对护理行为有正向影响。
