摘要

目的:评价和探讨脑室/池蛛网膜囊肿合并脑室造口术(VC)和内镜下第三脑室造口术(ETV)治疗脑室/池蛛网膜囊肿合并梗阻性脑积水(HCP)和单纯ETV治疗不同病因的梗阻性脑积水(HCP)的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2014年10月至2019年4月期间接受ETV或VC+ETV治疗的40例有症状的阻塞性HCP患者(年龄4个月- 61岁)。对7例脑室/池内蛛网膜囊肿合并阻塞性HCP患者行VC+ETV治疗。仅对33例因其他病因导致的阻塞性HCP患者进行了ETV。结果:35例患者成功行ETV或VC+ETV手术。手术失败的5例患者在手术时年龄为90%。另有5例(90百分位)。
