摘要

嗜酸性胃肠炎是一种以胃肠道任何部位的病理性嗜酸性浸润为特征的炎症性疾病。根据涉及的部位和嗜酸性粒细胞浸润的层数不同，症状和体征是不同的。本文报道了两例急性上消化道出血和蛋白丢失性肠病体征，并被诊断为嗜酸性胃肠炎的患者。上腔镜检查显示两例患者均出现粘膜假团块。通过消除饮食和质子泵抑制剂治疗，两例患者均获得满意的临床改善。
