摘要

对276例大小为(1.14±0.35)μ m的下肾盏结石的治疗结果进行分析。根据底盂-骨盆角(ІPA)的尖锐程度，将受试者分为钝型(118)和急性(158)IPA组;共测定了LRC的8个原子参数。结果表明，体外冲击波碎石术可适用于ІPA较大、腰椎椎体角较小、颈段长度较小的LRC患者，且符合计算的LRC结石消除指标;经皮肾镜碎石是有效的，不依赖于结石的大小，颈部的长度，ІPA的值和腰底角。
