摘要

分析71例下肢急性特发性深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的治疗结果。32例(45.1%)患者使用利伐沙班，39例(54.9%)患者使用伐法林。根据d -二聚体水平确定抗凝治疗期限。随访组无深静脉血栓复发、大出血或肺血栓栓塞。在29例(74.4%)患者中，在最短的推荐时间内使用了恒剂量的伐法林。为了降低DVT发生的风险，利伐沙班可以作为伐法林的替代品。
