摘要

目的:研究苦参根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、重结晶、半制备高效液相色谱等方法对化合物进行分离纯化，采用理化性质、质谱、核磁共振等方法对化合物结构进行鉴定。结果:分离得到7个化合物，鉴定为6-氰基二氢切红素(1)、6-氰基二氢切红素(2)、二氢切红素(3)、6-甲氧基去切红素(4)、二氢血碱(5)、6-酰基二氢血碱(6)和豆头甾醇(7)。结论:化合物1、2为天然新化合物，化合物4为首次从麻瓜属植物中分离得到。
