The mobile phase was 0. 1% acetonitrile formic acid and0. 1% aqueous formic acid, and programmed in a linear gradient mode. The compounds were ionized in the electrospray ionization ion source of the mass spectrometer and detected in MRM mode.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The t1 /2of protocatechuic acid,kaempferol biotin glucoside and quercitrin after intravenous injection were( 41. 9 ± 12. 3),( 71. 3 ± 56. 8) and( 90. 3 ± 74. 8) min.
