The culture medium recipe was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The results showed that the strain BLH34 had antimicrobial activity to the test strains,especially it showed significant inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus. 摘要

目的:鉴定一株具有抑菌活性的内生真菌BLH34,并对其发酵培养基进行优化。方法:采用柱皿法测定内生真菌BLH34的抑菌活性。分析菌株BLH34的形态特征和ITS序列,确定菌株的分类位置。通过单因素试验和正交试验对培养基配方进行了优化。结果:菌株BLH34对试验菌株均有抑菌活性,尤其对金黄色葡萄球菌有明显的抑制作用。菌株BLH34经鉴定为青霉,最佳培养基配方为:5%可溶性淀粉,4%蛋白胨,0。0.06%的NaNO3和0.06%的NaNO3。012% MgSO4·7水。结论:优化后的粗提物抑菌活性显著提高,可为菌株BLH34中抗菌物质的进一步分离纯化提供依据。
