Here, we describe the cell culture, immunocytochemical labeling, super-resolution imaging parameters, and MATLAB-based quantitative image analysis approaches for monitoring human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) and human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) as the cells differentiate towards various lineages.
