However, these indexes were significantly lower in group O than those in group C after treatment, especially the neutrophil percentage, AMY, BUN, Cr, and TBIL. The time when the symptoms disappeared was 3.01±1.02 days in group O, which was shorter than 5.56±1.88 days in group C. There were 4 patients with acute renal failure and 2 patients had multiple organ failure in group C after treatment. But only 1 patient developed acute renal failure in group O. The difference in complications between two groups was significant (p<0.024).</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The combination of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion could have a better effect on SAP in removing toxic metabolites and inflammation mediators. 背景/目的:重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)以持续器官衰竭为特征。材料与方法:将37例血液灌流联合血液透析患者作为O组,将31例常规治疗合并血液灌流患者作为对照组(C组),记录白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、淀粉酶(AMY)、血尿氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、总胆红素(TBIL)的变化。记录治疗后症状消失时间及并发症发生时间。结果:两组患者治疗后白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、AMY、BUN、Cr、TBIL均显著降低。但治疗后,O组的这些指标均明显低于C组,尤其是中性粒细胞百分比、AMY、BUN、Cr、TBIL。O组症状消失时间为3.01±1.02 d,短于C组的5.56±1.88 d。治疗后C组出现急性肾功能衰竭4例,多脏器功能衰竭2例。而o组仅有1例患者发生急性肾功能衰竭,两组并发症差异有统计学意义(p)结论:血液透析联合血液灌流对SAP清除毒性代谢物和炎症介质的效果更好。它不仅缩短了症状消失的时间,而且降低了并发症的发生率和死亡率。

Effects of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on severe acute pancreatitis.

Background/aims: Severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) is characterized by persistent organ failure. This research aimed to evaluate the effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on SAP.

Materials and methods: Thirty-seven patients who were treated with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis were included in group O, and 31 patients treated with conventional therapy and hemoperfusion were included as control (group C).
