The parameters of blood\noxygen transport (р50, рСО2, рО2, рН, HCO3\n-, ABE and ect.),\nlipid peroxidation products (conjugated dienes, Schiff bases)\nand blood hepatic markers (ALT, AST) were detected. It’s\nfound that HIR leads to decline in hemoglobin oxygen affinity,\nactivation of lipid peroxidation processes and elevation of ALT\nand AST activities in the 1st group. Hypoxic preconditioning\n(2nd group) markedly increased hemoglobin oxygen affinity,\nreduced the lipid peroxidation processes and ALT and AST\nactivities in the blood during HIR. INFLUENCE OF HYPOXIC PRECONDITIONING ON THE MECHANISMS OF BLOOD OXYGEN TRANSPORT AND OXIDATIVE DAMAGES

found that HIR leads to decline in hemoglobin oxygen affinity,

(2nd group) markedly increased hemoglobin oxygen affinity,
reduced the lipid peroxidation processes and ALT and AST
activities in the blood during HIR. Thus, HP has a protective
effect during HIR through elevation of hemoglobin oxygen
affinity and declining hepatic oxidative damages.
