摘要

研究了自体腘绳肌腱重建前交叉韧带(ACL)术后髌骨肌腱长度的变化。对20例ACL重建膝关节进行12周的MRI随访，观察其Insall-Salvati指数、改良Insall-Salvati指数、弯曲改良Insall-Salvati指数和Caton-Deschamps指数。结果显示，前交叉韧带损伤患者的膝盖骨不存在膝盖骨或膝盖骨。随访12周后，未观察到髌骨肌腱长度变化。提示髌骨的改变并不是导致前交叉韧带重建后髌股关节过早骨关节炎的主要原因。
