摘要

目的:探讨聚乙二醇化干扰素α -2b联合利巴韦林治疗不同基因型HCV患儿淋巴细胞亚群的变化。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR技术对45例HCV感染儿童进行基因型鉴定。用四色MultiTEST IMK Kit流式细胞仪动态检测治疗期间淋巴细胞亚群。结果:1b基因型患儿24周后CD4+ T细胞水平高于治疗前(P < 0.05)。2a基因型患儿12周、24周后CD3+ T细胞、CD4+ T细胞较治疗前显著升高,NK细胞较治疗前显著降低(P < 0.05)。结论:聚乙二醇化干扰素α -2b联合利巴韦林治疗HCV 2a基因型患儿的淋巴细胞亚群与1b基因型患儿不同。
