摘要
目的:探讨微尖法检测鸡眼凝集素反应性甲胎蛋白在肝癌经导管动脉化疗栓塞患者治疗反应判断中的临床价值。方法:选取28例肝细胞癌患者在医院行TACE随访。所有患者在TACE治疗前后均检测AFP和AFP- l3，并分析AFP- l3 3%与治疗反应的相关性。结果:28例肝癌患者行TACE治疗，AFP-L3%下降组11例中有8例疗效良好，AFP-L3%升高组17例中有5例疗效良好(χ 2 = 4)。858, p < 0。05)。结论:微尖柱法检测AFP-L3可用于肝癌TACE患者治疗反应的判断。
