All the samples were assayed in both FFU and LD50.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Data generated indicateed that a significant correlation between the two methods (r=99).</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>This method is simple and rapid. 摘要

目的:研制一种新型的狂犬病病毒荧光聚焦单元(FFU),以取代现行的参考方法(LD50),降低检测成本。方法:用狂犬病毒CTN株三倍连续稀释感染BSR细胞,用FITC标记抗狂犬病毒单克隆抗体检测荧光灶。所有样品均测定FFU和LD50。结果:生成的数据显示两种方法之间具有显著的相关性(r=99)。结论:该方法简便、快速。它将被认为是LD50的一种有用的替代方法。
