摘要

目的:分析2007年中国水痘住院患者的经济负担。方法:在3个省按经济状况按区、县、乡三级分层选取样本地。对185例水痘住院患者进行抽样分析。结果:住院成本为4025.86元/例，其中直接成本2952.6元/例，间接成本1073.26元/例。2007年中国水痘住院总费用为1.03亿元。结论:中国疾病负担较重。
