The method is based on the adsorption of Cu<sup>2+</sup>, Ni<sup>2+</sup>, Co<sup>2+</sup> and Pb<sup>2+</sup> on 4-propyl-2-thiouracil (PUT) loaded on activated carbon. The metals on the complexes are eluted using 5 mL 3 M HNO<sub>3</sub> in acetone. The influences of the analytical parameters including pH and sample volume were investigated. The effects of matrix ions on the retentions of the analytes were also examined. The recoveries of analytes were generally higher than 95 %. The detection limits for Cu<sup>2+</sup>, Ni<sup>2+</sup>, Co<sup>2+</sup> and Pb<sup>2+</sup> were 1.6, 1.3, 1.2, 2.3 ng ml<sup>-1</sup>, respectively. 本文报道了一种灵敏、简便的同时富集实际样品中营养重要矿物质的方法。该方法是基于活性炭负载的4-丙基-2-硫脲嘧啶(PUT)对Cu2+、Ni2+、Co2+和Pb2+的吸附。配合物上的金属用5 mL 3 M HNO3在丙酮中洗脱。考察了pH、样品体积等分析参数对测定结果的影响。还考察了基质离子对分析物保留率的影响。分析物的回收率一般大于95%。Cu2+、Ni2+、Co2+、Pb2+的检出限分别为1.6、1.3、1.2、2.3 ng ml-1。该方法已成功地应用于包括天然水样在内的实际样品中这些金属的含量评价。
