目的:探讨螺旋CT扫描对儿童呼吸道异物的诊断价值。方法:对84例胸部x线阴性,认为有呼吸道异物的患者行胸部螺旋CT扫描。结果:所有病例均在螺旋CT扫描下发现异物。结论:螺旋CT扫描是一种特殊而有价值的诊断呼吸道异物的方法。它可以弥补胸部x光检查的不足。

Objective: To study the value of spiral CT scan in diagnosis of the respiratory tract foreign body in children.
