摘要

本文提出了疱疹病毒感染神经细胞的提取和诊断算法。疱疹病变程度分为四类。通过对细胞结构的分析,完成了细胞疱疹病变的形态学特征。因为疱疹病毒改变细胞核的形状。因此,通过形态学分割和细胞结构识别对疱疹病变进行自动化分析。该算法已成功地应用于实际系统,并取得了良好的效果。
