A segmentation from a high-resolution Magnetic Resonance Angiography (MRA) was registered and propagated through pairwise deformable registrations covering the cardiac cycle. Volume, LA ejection fraction and surface strain were computed for each timepoint and registered to Late Gadolinium Enhancement (LGE) scans for each of 52 patient scans.
