摘要

目的:本研究旨在评价细胞凋亡计数作为卵巢癌体外化疗敏感性检测的潜力。方法:采用末端标记法检测4例新鲜卵巢癌细胞的凋亡细胞,并与ATP法进行比较。结果:发现化疗可诱导细胞凋亡,同一种化疗药物对不同肿瘤诱导的凋亡细胞不同。结论:凋亡细胞计数与ATP测定的一致性为0.75。以上数据表明,凋亡细胞计数可以作为卵巢癌的化疗敏感性检测,两种方法的结合可以提高化疗药物的临床疗效。
