摘要

本文对15例慢性肾功能不全患者进行血管造影或增强CT检查,观察血液透析对碘己醇(一种非离子造影剂)的清除率和透析对碘己醇的清除率。血液透析开始后15 min、30 min、1 h、2 h、3 h、62.1%对碘醇的清除率分别为19.8%、30.6%、44.2%、72.9%。血液透析开始后1 ~ 3小时,透析清除率维持在75%左右。如果只需要消除血液中约70%的碘己醇,则使用0.7 m2的三醋酸纤维素膜,以120 ml/min的血流量和500 ml/min的透析液进行3小时的血液透析就足够了。
