The stent-graft was made from 2 Gianturco Z-stents and a tapered thin-walled (0.1-mm) Dacron graft. Eighteen months after endografting, the patient complained of a pulsatile abdominal mass. Angiography and computed tomography showed graft-wall endoleak. Aneurysmectomy was performed, and the aneurysm was successfully replaced with a Y-shaped knitted Dacron graft. 摘要
目的:报告一例腹主动脉瘤(AAA)腔内修复成功后18个月发生移植物壁内漏的病例。方法与结果:我们成功治疗了1例71岁男性肾下AAA患者,采用腔内髂腹主动脉移植物和股股交叉搭桥并结扎右髂外动脉。支架移植物由2个Gianturco z -支架和一个锥形薄壁(0.1 mm)涤纶移植物制成。植入术18个月后,患者主诉腹部有搏动性肿块。血管造影和计算机断层扫描显示移植物壁内漏。行动脉瘤切除术,并用y形针织涤纶移植物成功替代动脉瘤。在距移植物近端边缘3cm处发现移植物壁有一个孔。结论:本病例提示使用薄壁移植物材料进行内移植物可能不够持久。
