摘要

目的:提高眼球摘除术后眼窝再造术的手术效果。方法:将眼球形状的羟基磷灰石植入巩膜壳内,在眼外肌附着点缝合制成可旋转眼座接头。结果:应用该方法重建眼窝102例,效果较好。假眼可以自由移动。随访6 ~ 38个月,结果稳定、满意。结论:羟基磷灰石种植体是一种较好的生物修复材料。
