Only staff therapists' responses were found to indicate relationships between job description accuracy and performance appraisal satisfaction and job description-performance appraisal correspondence and satisfaction with the performance appraisal.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Staff satisfaction with job descriptions and performance appraisals was high.
