摘要

采用1H-NMR技术研究了温度对人红细胞胞内外环境中非电解质n-醇系分布的影响。结果表明,在T = +4(-)+37℃范围内,红细胞与培养基之间非电解质溶液的分布系数Q的温度依赖性不能用Arrhenius方程来描述。认为吸收相理论可用于描述人红细胞和细胞间介质的非电解质吸收和非电解质分布。
