摘要

由于前列腺中叶良性增生通过“瓣膜效应”对膀胱下梗阻发展的贡献尚未有准确的评价标准,笔者建议引入“微创”经直肠超声检查。本研究为根据“瓣膜效应”的程度将前列腺中叶良性增生患者分为三组提供了依据。这使得选择手术干预范围的不同方法成为可能。
