摘要

采用经皮胆红素计测定64例黄疸新生儿在光照治疗时分别覆盖前额和睫状弓处的黄疸指数。结果显示,治疗结束后,未遮盖部位黄疸指数明显下降,但12小时后黄疸指数又回升。覆盖区域的指数没有显示出这种变化。建议在有遮盖的地方测量黄疸指数较好,可以避免光疗对测量结果的影响,使测量结果更准确。
