In Madagascar, neurocysticercosis are predominating (55%), occular localisations are not frequent (5%) and concerned particularly vitreous humour and retina. Diagnosis relies on serology: Elisa test, then Western Blot completed with research of circulating antibody and antigen in the acqueous humor by immocapture.
