摘要

本研究的目的是评估14名职业铅暴露工人的免疫状况，并将这些结果与年龄和性别相近的非暴露对照组进行比较。测定了血铅的平均值。暴露的工人是46.9微克/分升，而对照组是10.9微克/分升。接触者血液中免疫球蛋白水平下降，铅浓度升高。与对照组相比，还发现玫瑰花结的形成明显减少。
