摘要
对成年大鼠脑脉络膜丛神经节苷脂GD3 (II3 α (Neu Ac α 2-8 NeuAc)-LacCer)进行免疫细胞化学染色。GD3的过氧化物酶反应产物主要存在于脉络膜细胞的微绒毛表面,提示神经节苷脂GD3可能与脑脊液的形成或分泌有关。
