摘要

一种简单而有效的从血液微样本中提取人类基因组DNA的方法已经开发出来。这种方法使用高氯酸钠、氯仿、聚合硅胶和哑铃状管,而不是蛋白酶K和苯酚。整个过程耗时不到两个小时,从几微升人体血液中获得了高分子量、高产量和高纯度的DNA。用这种方法制备的DNA可以很容易地被限制性内切酶消化,并已被用于DNA分析和聚合酶链反应。
