Bartter's syndrome with possible hypothalamic dysfunction.
A patient with Bartter’s Syndrome with hypernatremia, chronic low grade fever, fluctuating endocrine functions is presented. The fluetuating endocrine functions suggest a hypothalamic dysfunction.
