摘要
阿曲库铵是一种新型的中效肌肉松弛剂，在临床剂量范围内相对缺乏心血管作用。据报道，组胺释放呈剂量依赖性，但低于推荐剂量范围内血流动力学效应的阈值。我们报告一例对低剂量(0.2 mg X kg-1)阿曲库铵发生类过敏反应的病例，并讨论了该病例的特殊方面，使患者易患该事件。
