用浓度紫外-可见分光光度法测定了苯甲酸-水二元溶液中苯甲酸在25±0.5℃时的pKT值为4.294±0.002,且不添加任何滴定剂、缓冲液和支撑盐。所得值与文献数据不一致。提出了一个新的模型,包括对称和不对称电解质对酸碱平衡的影响。在10-3 ~ 10-1 mol dm-3的浓度范围内,苯甲酸在水溶液中的解离常数呈非线性关系。结果表明,在较低浓度的强电解质中,苯甲酸的解离常数与在纯溶剂中得到的解离常数接近,即接近热力学常数。
