The paper focuses on the consensus-oriented Delphi approach to support the early-phase co-development of digital health interventions. Experts from nursing, psychology, education, and VR development participated in a multi-round process to prioritize content areas, implementation strategies, and contextual considerations. The Delphi method was adapted to the needs of interdisciplinary collaboration and stakeholder integration in digital intervention design.
