This review integrates our group's recent findings with relevant literature to summarize the inter-individual variability in human liver CYP450 enzyme content and activity, the changes across molecular, microsomal, hepatic tissue, whole liver, and whole-body levels, and the impact of factors, such as content, genetic polymorphisms, and POR on enzyme activity.
