It includes data privacy, biased algorithms, transparency, accountability, and social and economic effects on employment and equality. AI affects stakeholders like workers, consumers, and society. Thus, adopting AI into company processes requires a management structure that addresses these issues. This research paper proposed a framework that can help organizations to create, deploy, and employ AI technologies.
