Synthesis of New 2-Carboxamide-Substituted 5-Oxo-5,6-dihydro-4H-1,3,4-thiadiazines
Based on the reaction of benzylmaleimide and N-substituted 2-hydrazinyl-2-thioxoacetamide, a series of new 2-carboxamide-substituted 5-oxo-5,6-dihydro-4H-1,3,4-thiadiazines, compounds with potential biological activity, were synthesized and characterized.
