摘要

提出了在电化学催化氧化条件下,在高氧化态过渡金属(镍、钴或银)盐存在下,制备单氟n -杂环(吡啶、苯唑)的方法。电化学反应对杂环底物的碳氢功能化是有效的。对电化学条件下反应过程的监测提供了对杂环C-H功能化机理的深入了解,这对药物化学有重要意义。结果表明,根据所用催化剂的不同,电化学氟化反应可以得到2氟吡啶或3氟吡啶。
