The ion-fluid equations are analyzed under consideration of a q-nonextensive electron distribution. By employing the extended Poincare-Lighthill-Kuo (ePLK) method, two Damped Korteweg-de Vries Burgers (dKdVB) equations are derived. Approximated analytical solutions for the damped KdV Burger equation are obtained, allowing for an investigation into how the ion-neutral collision frequency parameter <span>\\( \\nu _{in} \\)</span>, the longitudinal viscosity parameter <i>L</i>, the effective temperature ratio parameter <span>\\( \\sigma _* \\)</span>, and the nonextensive parameter <i>q</i> affect soliton propagation.
