A histopathological hybrid cyst with overlapping features of steatocystoma multiplex and eruptive vellus hair cyst.

Steatocystoma multiplex (SM) and eruptive vellus hair cysts (EVHC) are relatively rare, benign tumours of the pilosebaceous unit.
