The given effect is caused by the active oxygen forms appearing in the technological process and the decomposition of a water molecule as a result of chemical reactions. The performed studies show that major changes in the properties of the treated water are related to an essential decrease in the redox potential up to negative values, as indirectly confirmed by the formation of uniformly distributed active oxygen forms retained in the volume.
