The articles used were written in English, with all articles accessed in full. Both review articles and original articles were used for this review.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Current applications of dermal matrix templates within periocular and orbital reconstruction include in periocular tissue loss, eyelid surgery, conjunctival surgery, and in socket reconstruction following exenteration.
