Discoid lupus erythematosus can present in various atypical forms, posing significant diagnostic challenges as it can mimic other infectious or neoplastic dermatoses. Herein, we detail two cases of strictly unilateral, multifocal discoid lupus erythematosus and compare them with previously reported cases.
