Especially, new stochastic stability analysis techniques are developed to give sufficient conditions of mean square and almost sure consensus in both static and dynamic ETMs. Moreover, the obtained results on global consensus are extended to the setting of group consensus in order to cope with some grouping tasks in practical applications.
