Recent scientific studies suggest that altered immune responses, particularly those involving autoimmune reactions, may negatively affect fertility by disrupting the complex immunological balance required for successful conception and pregnancy maintenance. This review focuses on the most common autoantibodies, such as antinuclear, antisperm, antiendometrial, antiovarian, antiphospholipid, and antithyroid antibodies.
