Among these, immunological mechanisms have increasingly been recognized as important contributors. The immune system plays a critical role in maintaining reproductive health, and its dysregulation can impair fertility in both men and women. Recent scientific studies suggest that altered immune responses, particularly those involving autoimmune reactions, may negatively affect fertility by disrupting the complex immunological balance required for successful conception and pregnancy maintenance. This review focuses on the most common autoantibodies, such as antinuclear, antisperm, antiendometrial, antiovarian, antiphospholipid, and antithyroid antibodies.
