We explore emerging therapies targeting novel pathways, including lipoprotein(a), apolipoprotein C-III inhibitors, angiopoietin-like protein 3 (ANGPTL3) inhibitors, cholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP) inhibitors, and gene-editing technologies.
